Over the past year I have utilized the services of Moto-Lube (Rivonia). I received a flyer of Moto-Lube in the post box and when I got a distant and difficult approach from the agents of my vehicles I decided to try Moto-Lube.

I have so far taken 2 of my cars in for repair/services. As I have a reasonable technical knowledge, set a high standard and also
are involved in a customer services environment, I have a particular standard and expectation of other service providers and customer
satisfaction. I found the services/repairs of the cars of a high standard/quality at a reasonable price for the work done and materials used.  To add value and professional presentation the engine area, bodywork and inside was cleaned and shining as new.

Another positive customer orientated value is the one on one interaction with the managing staff at this branch being Ryan, Carl and Mo. In the services business this is as important as the job itself. These staff always provided me a welcoming, friendly and helpful approach in order to resolve my problem under all circumstances. I was also provided with prompt feedback, costing and repair progress whilst the jobs were in progress. Turn around Time and completion of repairs/services was done in an acceptable time frame.

The teamwork between your customer facing yourself and staff, Karl Mo and Sean is impressive. I appreciate the friendly and professional manner in which they deal with my needs, and as a customer, I also appreciate the fact that whilst they are very busy, It is never too much trouble for them to deal with my queries and maintenance needs – and I know how demanding I can be!
